With supervised daily kids’ activities and certified lifeguards always on duty, parents can truly relax while children stay safe, active, and engaged.

Water Slides

Ready to race? Our two giant tube waterslides are each 172 feet long — that’s almost half a football field of twists, turns, and splashy fun!

Climb to the top, hop in, and zoom through the winding tunnels before splashing down at the bottom. Whether you’re racing your friends on the twin slides or going again (and again… and again), it’s nonstop excitement all summer long.

These slides are perfect for kids and grown-ups who are 42 inches tall or taller. Our awesome lifeguards are always on duty to make sure everyone stays safe while having a blast.

Ropes Course

Our two-level ropes course brings excitement to new heights with fun (but safe!) challenges at every turn.

From wobble bridges to tightropes, each element is designed to build confidence and courage  all while having an absolute blast. The ropes course offers fun and thrills for every climber.

Our course is state licensed and always overseen by our highly trained staff, who ensure every climber is properly harnessed and supported every step of the way.

Kids Activities

The Summer Club at Dedham Health & Athletic Complex is so much more than just an outdoor pool. Every day features a supervised lineup of sports, games, creativity, and hands-on fun — all included with your family’s Summer Club membership.

Our Kids’ Activities are designed with both children and parents in mind. While kids build friendships, try new things, and create lasting summer memories, parents can relax poolside knowing their children are safe, active, and happily engaged.

With multiple activities offered daily, there’s always something exciting happening at The Summer Club.

Pickleball

The Summer Club offers two full-size pickleball courts, giving members plenty of space to play, rally, and compete.

Whether you’re new to the game or a seasoned player, pickleball is a fun and social way to stay active during your pool day. Grab a paddle, challenge a friend, and jump into a friendly match! It’s the perfect mix of energy and summer fun.

Wave Pool

Get ready for waves of fun! Our wave pool comes to life in 15-minute intervals, turning the water into a splashy time everyone loves.

Grab one of our complimentary inflatable tubes and float over the waves, or jump right in! Whether you’re drifting peacefully or laughing through every swell, it’s the perfect mix of fun and chill.

Need a little extra support? Life jackets are always available, and our lifeguards are on duty to keep the fun safe for everyone.

Dinner Made Easy at The Summer Club
Stork Meals LLC is proud to be the new food partner for the Summer Club at Dedham Health & Athletic Complex for the 2026 season.

A locally owned West Roxbury company and the parent company of Johnny Burke Catering & Events and Johnny Pomodoro, Stork Meals brings a strong hospitality foundation and an accredited culinary team to the club this summer.

We’re excited to make a splash with the debut of Splash Shack – a fresh new look and elevated menu for your favorite poolside concession spot. Families can enjoy classic summer staples done right, alongside fresh, wholesome options that are fun, flavorful, and perfect for all ages. Expect quality ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and quick, convenient service designed to keep you fueled for a full day at the pool.

We’re thrilled to be part of the Summer Club community and look forward to serving you at the Splash Shack!

Enjoy exclusive member and guest-only special events every Thursday through Saturday evening with your Summer Club membership.

Float up for Family Movie Night, test your knowledge at Trivia Night, or cheer on the kids as they sing their hearts out during Karaoke Night. Looking for something a little more relaxed? Unwind with a selection from our extensive beer and wine menu — or join us for a featured Wine Tasting event with friends.

Basketball

The Summer Club features a full-size basketball hoop, perfect for pickup games, shooting contests, or just working on your jump shot between swims.

Whether it’s a quick one-on-one or a group game with new friends, it’s an easy way to stay active and keep the energy high all summer long.

Swim Safety

At The Summer Club, fun and safety go hand in hand. From the moment you step onto the pool deck, you can relax knowing our highly trained lifeguards are always on duty and held to the highest standards in the industry.

Our guards are trained and certified through the Ellis & Associates International Lifeguard Training Program (ILTP)- one of the most respected lifeguard training programs in the world and the same program used by The Walt Disney Company properties.

 

Each guard is licensed in:

  • Aquatic Rescues
  • Advanced CPR
  • First Aid
  • Oxygen Administration
  • Defibrillation

To ensure skills stay sharp, our team participates in daily in-service training and undergoes unannounced safety audits. This means our guards remain rescue-ready at all times.

Your peace of mind is our top priority – so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy every minute with confidence.

Obstacle Course

Think you can make it across?

Kids can test their balance, speed, and bravery on our floating obstacle course; a series of moving pads set right on the water in our pool. Step, hop, and scramble your way across before you splash in!

It’s a favorite challenge for kids of all ages and the perfect mix of fun and friendly competition.

As always, the obstacle course is overseen by our lifeguards to keep the fun safe for everyone.

Splash Zone

The Summer Club was built to grow with your family. Our Splash Zone is perfect for your littlest adventurers.

This interactive water play area features a splash pad with a big tipping bucket that sends water cascading down in surprise bursts of fun. Our pirate ship lets little pirates climb aboard, play in squirting water, and go down a mini slide that leads right into the wave pool.

You’ll also find our mushroom splash fountain, creating gentle streams of water for kids to run through and cool off. Perfect for play outside of the main pool area.

It’s a safe, exciting space where younger members can splash and play all summer long!

Field Games

The fun doesn’t stop at the pool! Our supervised field games bring classic summer favorites to life with energy, teamwork, and plenty of laughs.

From water balloon tosses and Shark Tag to kickball, Sharks and Minnows, tennis baseball, Capture the Flag, and Wiffleball, there’s always a game ready to play.

Whether your child loves friendly competition or just wants to run and laugh with new friends, our field games keep kids moving, engaged, and making unforgettable summer memories.

And of course… there’s always more in store.
