ULTIMATE DAY CAMP

Get ready for the most exciting summer your child has ever experienced!

Our Ultimate Day Camp is where high-energy fun meets healthy living — creating the perfect environment for kids to stay active, build confidence, and form lasting friendships. Rain or shine, the fun never stops. With full access to both The Summer Club and the Health Club, campers enjoy incredible amenities, indoor and outdoor activities, and nonstop action no matter what the weather brings.

Designed for campers ages 7 to 14, we group children into Lower, Middle, and Upper levels to ensure the best age-appropriate experience. With a strong 10:1 camper-to-counselor ratio, every child gets the attention, encouragement, and support they need to thrive.

This isn’t just camp — it’s a summer of growth, friendships, fitness, and unforgettable memories. Let’s make this their ultimate summer.

The Summer Club

For campers enrolled in our programs, The Summer Club becomes part of their everyday experience. Campers enjoy daily access to the pool, waterslides, wave sessions, splash zones, ropes course adventures, field games, and sports courts — all included as part of their camp experience. With supervised activities and certified lifeguards always on duty, kids stay active, social, and safe from morning through afternoon. There’s no extra planning, no additional travel — just more time doing what they love, right here.

Ropes Course

Our two-level ropes course is a highlight of the camp experience, bringing excitement to new heights with fun (and safe!) challenges at every turn.

From wobble bridges to tightropes, campers build confidence, coordination, and courage as they navigate each element alongside their friends. Whether it’s their first time climbing or they’re returning with newfound confidence, each step is about personal achievement and trying something new.

The course is state licensed and always overseen by our highly trained staff, who ensure every camper is properly harnessed and supported every step of the way.

Swim Lessons

Swim lessons are built right into the camp experience — no extra sign-ups, no additional planning.

Campers receive structured instruction from experienced Dedham Health & Athletic Complex swim instructors, with lessons tailored to every level. From first-time swimmers learning water comfort to more advanced swimmers refining technique and endurance, each child progresses at their own pace.

With small group instruction and a strong focus on safety, our positive and supportive environment helps campers build confidence in the water while developing lifelong skills.

Confident swimmers. Stronger skills. One more reason camp makes a splash.

5 Day Specialty

Campers can participate in our 5-Day Specialty Program! Each camper chooses one of four exciting specialties — Arts & Crafts, Sports Conditioning, Theater, or Lego Building — and spends one hour each day, for five days, fully immersed in their selected activity.

It’s a great opportunity to explore interests, build new skills, gain confidence, and have fun alongside friends who share the same passion.

Focused learning. Creative energy. Five days of something they love.

Lunch Provided

Lunch and snack are included each day of camp, making mornings easier for families.

Campers enjoy a satisfying lunch and a daily snack to keep their energy up for swimming, climbing, creating, and playing. Meals are served in a structured, supervised setting, giving campers time to relax, refuel, and connect with friends before heading back to the fun.

One less thing to pack.

Indoor & Outdoor Fun

Camp fun doesn’t stop for the weather.

With access to both indoor and outdoor spaces, campers enjoy a well-balanced day filled with swimming, sports, creative activities, and games — rain or shine. Outdoor adventures keep kids active and energized, while indoor spaces provide comfortable areas for skill-building, creativity, and structured play.

This flexibility allows us to keep campers safe, engaged, and having fun no matter what the forecast brings.

Swim Safety
udc-swim-safety

Swim time is a highlight of the camp day- and safety is always our top priority.

All swim sessions are closely supervised by certified lifeguards and camp staff to ensure a safe, structured experience in the water. Campers are grouped appropriately, and activities are carefully monitored at all times.

Our lifeguards are trained through the International Lifeguard Training Program (ILTP) by Ellis and Associates, Inc., the highest standard in aquatic safety training. Guards are certified in CPR, First Aid, oxygen administration, and emergency response, and participate in ongoing skills evaluations to remain rescue-ready at all times.

Camp swim time is designed to be fun, active, and above all -safe.
